Pastor Ron Smith has been leading and caring for the people of FIMC since 1978, but he has been a pastor for over 55 years!
During this time, he has ministered in hundreds of services, revivals, conferences, and missions as an evangelist, teacher, and singer. His missions have included Mexico, Ecuador, Philippines, and Costa Rica.
The Lord has anointed Pastor Ron to teach and preach on the Holy Spirit, healing, and finances! Plus, he has a true passion for raising up ministers and leaders in the body of Christ!
Pastor Bronwyn has been Pastor Ron's helpmate for over 39 years and says her greatest joy has been serving alongside Pastor Ron, loving the people of FIMC, and helping them to grow and mature in the Lord! She is a true example of Godliness and love, with a special anointing for encouraging women of all ages.
Pastors Ron and Bron have true hearts of pastors and we are blessed to have them at FIMC!
Assistant Pastor
Michael Brock
A graduate of the River Bible Institute, Pastor Michael came to FIMC for the first time in 1997. Although he was saved as a teenager, it wasn't until he started attending FIMC as an adult that he saw the full love, compassion, and power of the Lord! Today, Pastor Michael enjoys sharing that same love, compassion, and power when he teaches on different Tuesday nights at 7 PM throughout the year!

Eric and Kim Schremmer
Pastors Eric and Kim have been members of FIMC since 1990 and Assistant Pastors since 1999. Together, they graduated from River Bible Institute. Find Pastor Eric and Kim on Sunday evenings at 5 PM leading our Youth Ministry (Jesus Generation) in the annex!

Jennifer Scoggins
In 1995, Pastor Jennifer Scoggins found FIMC and four years later she graduated from the River Bible Institute of Tampa, Florida. She is truly anointed to teach the Word of God, although Psalms is her favorite. Pastor Jennifer teaches on different Tuesday nights at 7 PM throughout the year!
Children's Church Leader Rhonda Bell
Mrs. Rhonda has a powerful anointing upon her life and will be pouring that anointing out upon our kids.
